Left: T505 SSG was one of the very first low floor buses delivered to Lothian Buses in 1998. It served Edinburgh well, and when the time came to replace older step-entrance buses in the subsidiary City Sightseeing Edinburgh fleet, the decision was taken to transfer T501-506 SSG to the tours fleet in 2007. 501-503 were converted to full open top and 505, shown here at Lawnmarket, became part open top along with 504. Right: W631-634 PSX were hailed as the first purpose-built opentop buses in the United Kingdom when they were built in 2000 for Lothian Buses. These buses later transferred to the subsidiary City Sightseeing Edinburgh fleet for operational purposes in 2007, and have worked on the City Sightseeing tour from new.
