I have had a flurry of reports over the last few days and still have new data to add or update for several countries. This will be done as soon as possible.

I am also trying out a new format and this has been applied for English county lists in the A-G range (Avon – Gloucestershire), Suffolk, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, and Scrapped/For Scrap list. Regular readers or avid followers, if there are such people, may wish to comment on whether these are an improvement on the previous format.

A few more updates for England this time. Cumbria: Reays, Wigton, is now listed at Keswick/Bowness, with one bus added, which was unfortunately deroofed from part open top form in a low bridge accident on the second day in service, and so may not now be in service, depending on how quickly it is repaired. London: One Leyland Olympian and all of the remaining tri-axle MCW Metrobuses in the Original London Sightseeing Tour fleet have been renumbered and/or reregistered, and retained for another summer's service; another of these has been sold to Ensign, dealer, Purfleet, and that company's list on the Essex page has been altered accordingly. Further updates are due soon for the Ensign list. North Yorkshire: list updated for Scarborough & District, Scarborough, with new livery for Bristol VRT VDV 138S and some details of the more recently acquired Volvo B7TLs updated. List updated with previous owners' details for Stephenson (SS Suncruisers), Scarborough.

England: Devon - the three separate lists for buses at Winkleigh have been merged into one list of buses owned by separate parties and kept at the premises of West of England Transport Collection, Winkleigh. East Sussex - one of the buses previously listed on the Unidentified Owners/Locations list has now had the owner and location identified and is now on a new list for thebubblebus.com, Brighton. London - several buses removed from the list for The Big Bus Company, London, because they have been withdrawn for preparation for use in other locations outside of the UK, and we will add these to the correct locations when they become known; also a number of buses from the same fleet have been withdrawn and sold for scrap. Merseyside - list removed for UKB Preservation Group, Liverpool (incorrect heading); list removed for Arriva North West, Southport; buses previously on those two lists now on new list added for Merseyside Transport Trust, Burscough (buses owned by private individuals); one new conversion added to the list for Maghull Coaches (City Explorer Liverpool Tour), Liverpool. Oxfordshire - new list added for Mr. A. England: Devon - list added for Cowdery, Kingsteignton (bus kept at Winkleigh); list removed for Stagecoach Devon at Torbay, the three Scanias previously listed there are believed to have been sold some time ago, and added to the Check list. London - list corrected and updated with new and withdrawn buses for Original London Sightseeing Tour, London; new list added for The Kindness Offensive, London, the bus listed was previously on the Unidentified Owners/Locations in England list, and also duplicated on its previous owners list at Belbus, Montigny-le-Tilleul, Belgium, that list has now been removed. Italy: new list with three new buses added for Florence Open Tour (believed to be the same operator as Rome Open Tour), Florence. Republic of Ireland: one bus (91-D-10101) removed from list for Dualway Coaches, Rathcoole, as scrapped. Scrap/For Scrap: list updated again after last week’s effort somehow managed to miss a few buses. The Check list has been republished as a whole to reflect all of the recent additions and deletions to it affected by changes to other lists.

An adjustment to the page for Lancashire, England: The list for Totally Transport CIC (Classic Bus North West) has been divided to record the buses of the company's two separate business concerns. The first is a list for Classic Bus North West and details the buses used commercially by the company on its SeaFront 12 bus service between Blackpool and Lytham St. Annes. The second list is for The Bus Works and details buses that are in the company’s commercial workshop premises being rebuilt, refurbished or restored by the company on behalf of the buses' owners, and so are not normally kept there.

Republic of Ireland updated, with major changes noted for Dualway Coaches (City Sightseeing Dublin and Gray Line Dublin Tour) following a major depot fire there; Howth (The Transport Museum Society of Ireland); Limerick (Bus Eirann, C & H Coaches, and Carrig Coaches); and a couple of buses at unidentified locations with owners that I need help to identify. Also, the Channel Islands page has been updated, with only Jersey Bus Tours as an operator of open top buses there, unless of course someone knows better.

Hong Kong updated, with added and amended data for Big Bus Sightseeing; Citybus Limited; Kowloon Motor Bus; and New World First Bus. New records added for Pak Shing Travel Co. and Toyo Travel Agency; and an 'unidentified owner'. The buses of Guangzhou No1 Bus Company, Guangdong, have been removed from the Hong Kong list as we believe that Guandong is in China rather than Hong Kong. These buses will be added to the China page at its next update. Singapore also updated with many gaps in data now populated. Many thanks to Paul McNamara for the information for these pages, and to all others who have contacted us recently with updates still to be published. Also, new and updated data for the Balearic Islands (Majorca, etc) with new detail for Alcudia Vision, Alcudia; Transunion, Cala d'Or; Autocares Manacor SA; and updated information for City Sightseeing Palma; and Hengel & Volkes. A few tweaks also have been made to hopefully remove the 'corrupted' screens that have appeared across the whole website recently.
