Teardrop is an English charity who sent two open top Routemasters to Sri Lanka, arriving there in 11/05. The first bus was former RM408 (KVS 599, WLT 408), which was registered NA-1040 in Sri Lanka, and was used as the Teardrop Fun Bus. It was a children's fun bus. The second bus, ex-RM1836, was never used in Sri Lanka and thus never registered there either. Both buses are now out of use and stored in Wattala. RM1836 was seen as recently as September 2011. RM408 is reported to be for sale. Both buses are painted in London red.
